A few answers.
A better starting point.

Which transmissions can you help with?

ZForce Precision is an independent ZF transmission specialist. Share your VIN, full transmission identification, and the work you need so we can confirm the application and service scope.

What should I include in my inquiry?

The year, make, model, mileage, VIN, and transmission code if available. Describe the symptoms, when they occur, fault codes, and any previous repairs or fluid service. If you don’t know the transmission code, leave it blank.

Can an independent repair shop contact you?

Yes. Select “Repair shop or technician” in the inquiry form and include the business name, scan results, and the support you’re looking for.

Can you quote from a fault code alone?

A fault code is a useful starting point, but it does not establish the complete repair scope. Application details, symptoms, and further assessment may be needed before an estimate can be discussed.

Are you affiliated with ZF?

ZForce Precision is an independent business specializing in ZF transmissions. No manufacturer affiliation or authorization is represented.
